Join our campaign to make February Girls’ Human Rights Month globally, a month dedicated to raising awareness and advocating for the rights of girls worldwide. Throughout February, we want you to highlight key issues, share stories, and support young advocates who are leading change in legal advocacy, education, policy development, community empowerment, and digital activism.

Girls Human Rights Festival 2025
The Girls Human Rights Festival is back for its 2025 edition! This five-day event will showcase incredible sessions designed to inspire action and empower girls globally. With a variety of workshops, panels, and networking opportunities, we will explore crucial topics such as leadership, legal advocacy, and social change. Make sure you pre-register. Our waiting lists last year were in the thousands! Events Include: Opening Ceremony, Young Lawyers Symposium, Leadership Summit, Advocacy Bootcamp and Closing Ceremony. Will be live-streamed. GHRH Leadership Programme, in partnership with CEDR
Our Leadership Programme is designed to equip young women (ages 16-24) with the essential skills to excel in leadership roles. Delivered online, this programme combines expert-led training and practical exercises to help you grow into a confident, impactful leader. In collaboration with CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution), this course focuses on three key areas: Conflict Resolution; Negotiation skills, and Public Speaking. (Programme is only open to Our Community).
GHRH Scholars Programme 2025 (Summer)
The GHRH Scholars Programme 2025 (Summer)is a dynamic, six-week educational series designed to empower young scholars with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and advocate for girls' human rights in a rapidly changing world. This programme brings together world-renowned experts to guide participants through an in-depth exploration of global human rights issues impacting girls today. Each session will cover a specific theme, providing both academic insights and practical strategies to address these pressing issues.
GHRH Advocacy Programme (Summer)
The Girls Human Rights Hub Advocacy Programme is a five-week, online programme designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and networks to advocate effectively for girls' human rights. Each session includes a focused talk, a practical exercise, and a group discussion to foster active engagement and learning. Ensuring that every girl has access to quality education is crucial for societal progress. Participating in this programme offers a unique opportunity to enhance your knowledge and skills related to human rights advocacy.
