CAMPUS AMBASSADORS

Over 18s

Becoming a Campus Ambassador for the Girls Human Rights Hub is your chance to lead the charge in promoting gender equality and advocating for girls' rights right in your university.

The Campus Ambassador Programme is a platform for passionate advocates of girls' human rights to lead and organise initiatives within their Universities. Ambassadors will serve as representatives of the Girls Human Rights Hub, promoting awareness, advocacy, and action around girls' rights issues.

What is a Campus Ambassador?

Campus Ambassadors are dynamic leaders who play a crucial role in advancing the cause of girls' human rights. They serve as representatives of the Girls Human Rights Hub, organising events, workshops, and campaigns to raise awareness, promote gender equality, and advocate for policy changes to address barriers facing girls.

What does the role involve?

Your role as an ambassador is multi-faceted. You will be responsible for:

  • Organising events and activities to raise awareness and advocate for girls' rights;

  • Creating content and communication materials to amplify the message of the Girls' Human Rights Hub;

  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and community members, to promote understanding and support for girls' rights.

Why Become a Campus Ambassador?

As a Campus Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in your university by raising awareness about girls' rights issues and empowering your peers to take action.

  • receive priority invitations to events before they are released to the public, including the Girls Human Rights Festivals,

  • have the opportunity to be recognised for your contributions at the Girls Human Rights Awards Ceremony,

  • access training and resources to enhance your skills,

  • network with like-minded individuals.

Take on a leadership role and gain valuable experience in event planning, public speaking, advocacy, and community organising.

Join a vibrant community of advocates and supporters from around the world who are passionate about advancing girls' rights and promoting gender equality.
